Promeco Group Oy - a New Super Subcontractor for the Technology Industry

KMT Group Oy from Kankaanpää, VM Group Oy from Vaasa and JAT Asennus Oy, operating in Jämijärvi and Hämeenkyrö, are merging. The corporate group also includes PG Alumech Oy from Alajärvi, Promeco Sp. z o.o., operating in Wejherowo, and PG Solutions Oy from Seinäjoki. Corporate arrangements have led to the creation of Promeco Group Oy, a Kankaanpää-based super subcontractor with 320 employees and a turnover of EUR 55 million. The operating units of Promeco Group Oy comprise system suppliers that design and manufacture mechanical and electrotechnical solutions in their units around Finland and in Poland.
