KMT Group Oy is a part of Promeco Group. Promeco Group also includes the following companies: JAT-Asennus Oy, VM-Group Oy, PG Alumech Oy, PG Solutions Oy and Promeco Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

JAT-Asennus Oy was established in 1989 in Jämijärvi. The company operates as as contractor for electric instrumentation and a turnkey supplier of industrial automation.

VM-Group Oy focuses on its core competence – sheet steel processing, light steel structures and delivery of ready-to-use assemblies. VM-Group Oy was founded in 1971.
